Much like anywhere in the Kingdom of Cozia, Eldoria uses a system of houses to manage the governance of the people. There are 5 major houses all have a spot in the Inner Council, which assembles alongside the Keeper of the Flame, which is the governor of the city, on any major decisions.
House Sirelios:
• insignia: a green olive branch coming out of a white jar of ink • colors: white and green • worships: Ignis, Goddess of Civilisation, Auro, God of the Weave, Agrion, God of Agriculture
• races: fire and air genasi • strengths: strong diplomacy and proficiency with the arcane. Manages various olive farms in the fields around Eldoria, as well as being the patrons of the School of Weavers at the Juniper Repository. Consolidated many treaties and oaths, historically bringing lots of interest and power to Eldoria. Currently the governerning house of Eldoria.

• High Lady Celestine Sirelios: Fire Genasi. Keeper of the Flame after the recent death of her former husband Fernandine Sirelios • Lord Rowan Sirelios: Lightning genasi. Celestine's son and promising wizard. recent graduate of the Juniper Repository, now has a seat at the Inner Council.
House Arquen
• Insignia: a silver dolphin leaping in a sky blue circle • colors: silver and sky blue • worships: Maer, Deity of Change, Ignis, Goddess of Civilisation, Toro, Deity of Gold
• races: water genasi, sea elves • strengths: controls the Arquen maritime boats and trade company. Often flaunt their direct descence from Maer, says it gives them luck in the changing seas. Major patrons in expanding the docks.

House Vantori
• Insignia: a golden mouse with a crown, atop a field of burgundy stripes • colors: Gold, burgundy, black • worships: Ignis, Goddess of Civilisation, Ratuna, Goddess of Heroism, Agrion, God of Agriculture, Kyun, Goddess of Hearth
• races: humans and halflings • strengths: Rulership over vast vineyards and one of the greatest (quantity) producers of wine, as well as the Ratunan Guild, where they form many paladins, fighters and rogues. They also often speak proudly of their unwavering leadership and faith for Ratuna in times of war many generations ago.
